Fantastic staff, extremely helpful and useful particularly during the day shifts. For the price its a great offer. The receptionist is wonderful, is familiar with good locations to visit for visitors.

If you are travelling to Tivoli Terme you should book at Grand Hotel Duca D’Este. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were cozy and the other guests were generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, couldn´t fix it at the end. Quite good hotel and wonderful area. I Definitely advise this place!
